A guide to Best Practice in the Tourism, Hospitality and Leisure Industry
The booklet is the result of an 18 month project commissioned by the Best Practice Forum and undertaken by the Centre for Hospitality Industry Performance Research, School of Management, University of Surrey. The project involved the research team interviewing 1,000 owners, managers and employees in 89 small and medium sized businesses throughout the UK.
